Qigong (prounouced “Chee-Gong”) is an ancient Chinese system of energy cultivation. It can be described as a moving meditation that syncs breath with continuous, flowing movements. This is a low impact practice designed to help decompress and deeply relax while boosting your energy. You will leave this class buzzing!
